By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms may apply when you purchase or participate in specific services or programs.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. About Our Services
Michelle Pike Kalsi provides professional leadership and life transition coaching, speaking engagements, workshops, educational programs, and related content.
Our services may include individual and group coaching, online courses, digital resources, live or recorded educational programs, and other personal and professional development offerings.
The Website provides information about these services, opportunities to schedule exploratory conversations, subscribe to our newsletter, and purchase or enroll in available programs.
Specific services may be subject to additional terms, including program descriptions, participation requirements, pricing, payment arrangements, cancellation policies, and refund provisions. These will be communicated at the time of enrollment or purchase.
In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the terms of a particular service, the service-specific terms will govern that service, subject to applicable law.
2. Coaching and Educational Services
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal and professional development, self-awareness, goal setting, leadership, and intentional decision-making.
Coaching and educational services are not substitutes for psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Participation in coaching or educational programs does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, or other outcome.
Clients and participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
Paid coaching engagements may be governed by a separate Coaching Agreement outlining the scope of services, scheduling, confidentiality, payment obligations, cancellation policies, and other applicable terms.
3. Booking, Pricing, and Payments
Certain services may be booked or purchased through the Website using Wix and its integrated payment processing services.
By purchasing a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize the applicable payment charges.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in US dollars.
Payment arrangements may include full payment at the time of purchase or installment plans where offered.
Specific payment schedules, refund eligibility, cancellation requirements, and rescheduling arrangements will be disclosed before purchase or outlined in the applicable service agreement.
Purchasing or enrolling in a service constitutes agreement to the applicable service-specific terms, provided those terms have been made available before the purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
4. Private Coaching Payment and Cancellation Policy
The following provisions apply to the three-month private coaching program unless otherwise specified in a written Coaching Agreement.
Program Structure
The private coaching program consists of six 60-minute coaching sessions, generally scheduled every two weeks over a three-month period, together with the additional support described in the program offering.
Program Commencement
The coaching program officially begins on the date of the client's first scheduled coaching session.
Payment Commitment
Enrollment requires a commitment to the full program fee, regardless of whether payment is made in full or through an installment plan.
Clients selecting an installment plan agree to complete the scheduled payments in accordance with their Coaching Agreement.
Refund Policy
Once the coaching program has begun, payments are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Clients who choose to discontinue participation after the program has commenced remain responsible for the full program fee, subject to applicable law and the terms of their Coaching Agreement.
Cancellation or refund requests received before the program begins will be handled in accordance with the applicable Coaching Agreement and any statutory cancellation rights.
Session Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notification, will generally be considered completed and deducted from the six sessions included in the program.
If Michelle Pike Kalsi needs to reschedule a session, an alternative appointment will be offered without penalty to the client.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.
5. Online Courses, Group Programs, and Digital Resources
We may offer online courses, group coaching programs, workshops, downloadable materials, recorded content, and other educational resources.
Each offering may have its own terms addressing pricing, payment, access duration, participation requirements, cancellations, and refunds.
Where applicable, these terms will be disclosed before enrollment or purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product or enrolling in an online program grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the materials for individual educational purposes.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, resold, shared, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
We may update program materials or delivery methods where reasonably necessary, provided that material changes do not improperly diminish purchased services or violate applicable consumer rights.
Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights relating to digital content or online services will be respected.
